The crunch of stepping on crisp leaves, the cool outdoor air… autumn is a magical season of change, and we’ve been making the most of it here at Collège Champittet!

For the autumn holiday break, our boarding students had the possibility to set off for two weeks of exploration in Singapore and Malaysia.

The recent IB World Conference in The Hague took place in the shadow of incredible developments in artificial intelligence.

We know that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to learning, which is why our school brings a diverse range of learning experiences to our students.

Since the start of the 2025 academic year, we have chosen to offer our students a phone-free learning environment.

In September, we were delighted to welcome our alumni back to campus for an especially active reunion – our Alumni Sports Day!

We’ve launched a new tradition at Collège Champittet: our school House System!

The Swiss Parliament has adopted the principle of education without violence. Physical punishment and degrading treatment are punishable by law. Too many children still suffer physical and psychological abuse.

On September 15th, we welcomed the parents of our students in preschool and Grades 1 and 2 for the official inauguration of The Village.

In September, Champittet students led two outstanding community events at our school – a local lake clean-up day, and a charitable chess tournament to support the Champittet Foundation’s humanitarian projects.
